Eric Tapley, owner and operator, is a commercial single- and multi-engine pilot with instrument, CFI, CFII, and MEI ratings. 2026 marks his 12th season of flying. With a deep passion for both aviation and agriculture, Eric built his career from the ground up — beginning in 2015 loading, fueling, and mixing crop protection products before transitioning into the cockpit later that same season.
After 10 years flying alongside Robbie McMillan of McMillan Custom Service, he proudly acquired the business in 2025 and continues the legacy of precision, hard work, and dependable service.
